We want you to love your Argo purchase. If it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
To start a return, email us at returns@argotravel.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Exchanges
Need a different style or colour? We’re happy to exchange your item if stock is available. Just contact us at returns@argotravel.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right whether that’s a replacement, refund, or repair.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue when emailing us.
Important Notes
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards or sale items (unless faulty).
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Returns must be sent with a trackable method — Argo is not responsible for lost returns.
